1. Who we are

Pigeon Tech ("Pigeon Tech", "we", "us") is a consumer-electronics and apparel brand operated by Sonic Kurrent Advisors LLC, a California limited liability company with a place of business at 570 Hayes Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. These Terms govern your use of this website and any products or services we sell through it.

2. Acceptance

By using this site, joining a waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

Product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are provided for general information and may change without notice. Items shown as "Coming Soon" or with a "Join Waitlist" action are not yet available for purchase. We may limit quantities, decline orders, or correct pricing errors before fulfillment.

4. Orders and payment

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, or others as listed at checkout). You authorize the applicable provider to charge your payment method for the order total, taxes, and shipping. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.

5. Fulfillment and shipping

Pigeon Tech products may be fulfilled directly by us, by print-on-demand or dropship partners, or by separate fulfillment of digital goods. Estimated ship and delivery times are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.

7. Waitlists and pre-launch campaigns

Joining a waitlist or signing up for a pre-launch campaign (including any Indiegogo or similar crowdfunding listing) does not create an obligation to deliver a product on a specific date and is not a sale until you complete a separate checkout flow on the launch platform. We may discontinue or substantively change any pre-launch product.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy content for resale, or use the site in violation of any law.

9. Intellectual property

Pigeon Tech, NakeKnight, Pocket Boost, the Pigeon Tech wordmark, and all related logos and product designs are owned by Sonic Kurrent Advisors LLC. The site's content, including text, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The site and the products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonic Kurrent Advisors LLC, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
