By accessing or using Pigeon Tech products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Pigeon Tech designs and sells consumer electronics including power banks, lighting, cables, and apparel. All products are designed with USB-C first philosophy and manufactured with quality materials.
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship from West Virginia, USA. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Warranty
Pigeon Tech products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pigeon Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
