Refund Policy

Effective May 17, 2026

1. Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement, except where required by law or for a defect covered by warranty.

2. Eligible items

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Print-on- demand and personalized items (apparel, beanies, custom drops) are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email afterglow619@proton.me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and at least two photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you or, if a replacement is not available, a full refund.

4. How to request a return

  1. Email afterglow619@proton.me with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address (which may be our fulfillment partner's address, not our SF office).
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. We recommend keeping the tracking number.
  4. Once we (or our fulfillment partner) receive the item and confirm condition, we issue the refund to the original payment method.

5. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Return shipping costs

For non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, or wrong-item shipments, we cover the return shipping cost.

7. Crowdfunding and pre-orders

Backer pledges and pre-orders placed through Indiegogo, Kickstarter, or similar platforms are governed by that platform's policy until the campaign fulfills. After delivery of a campaign reward, this Refund Policy applies.

8. Cancellations

We can usually cancel an order before it ships. Once a print-on-demand or dropship partner has begun production, the order can no longer be cancelled.
