1. Who we are
Pigeon Tech is a brand operated by Sonic Kurrent Advisors LLC, 570 Hayes Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number (if entered), and order details when you purchase or join a waitlist.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy). We do not store full card numbers; we receive only a tokenized reference and transaction status from the processor.
- Communications: if you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and maintain a record.
- Automatic data: IP address, user agent, referrer, page views, and similar log data collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) and any embedded analytics.
- Cookies: we use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for site function. We do not currently set advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- To process and fulfill orders, including shipping and returns.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
- To send waitlist and launch updates, where you have opted in.
- To prevent fraud, secure the site, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to run our business, including:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy).
- Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel).
- Fulfillment and print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printful, Printify, Lulu Direct, CJdropshipping) for physical orders.
- Email and CRM tools used to send order-related and waitlist communications.
- Government authorities when required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We keep order and tax records for as long as required by law (typically 7 years). Waitlist contact information is retained until you ask us to delete it or until the product launches and the list is retired, whichever is later.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to opt out of marketing communications, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email afterglow619@proton.me.
7. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, deletion of that information, and correction of inaccurate information, subject to the exceptions in California law. We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly process the personal information of children under 16.
8. International transfers
Our operations are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The version on this page is the current version; we will post a new effective date if material changes are made.
